Download our forage sampling test submission form from Dairyland Laboratories. Please be sure to include Name, Address, Forage Type, and the type of testing you would like done. You can either call into the office and we can send sample bags or they can pull their own samples and put in a quart-size ziplock bag.

Please send samples directly to Dairyland Laboratories. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT WITH SAMPLES AS PAYMENT IS DONE DIRECTLY THROUGH FERTRELL. We will invoice you after we receive the results. (Click on the image to Download)

Our basic testing package includes: Dry matter, protein, fiber, energy readings, sugar, starch, macro and micro minerals.There are other tests you can get done as well (i.e. mycotoxins) but should contact the Animal Nutrition team first.
